School Nurse Training: T1D Basics + Holidays and Travel

This training is for school nurses and other staff new to caring for children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes at school. We will cover essential elements like diabetes medical management plan (DMMP), communicating with parents and the diabetes care team, carb counting, and calculating insulin doses. We will also be including additional training living with T1D during holidays and travel!
