Our Story

Diabetes Toolkit was founded to expand access to diabetes education and build community. According the CDC, fewer than 10% of people receive a full course of diabetes education at diagnosis. We provide information directly to people living with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, and our resources are widely used by pediatric and adult diabetes clinics around the world.
